How do I return an order?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return/exchange an(y) item(s), please return your order within 14 days from receiving your order.
To start a return, email us through the contact form on the website. After approval, you’ll receive return instructions.
In order to get a refund items must be unused, and returned in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of return transport until it arrives back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable.
What do I do when I recieved a damaged item?
We’re sorry that the item you purchased is damaged. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a solution.
Upload at least one and a maximum of 3 photos that give the best impression of the damage through the online contact form. Describe the problem as best as you can so we can provide you with a fitting solution. After your request is submitted we will contact you as soon as possible.
How do I exchange my order?
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us through the contact form on our website and let us know what you need.
We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size. However, as all of our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.
If an exchange is not possible, you may return your item in accordance with the return policy above.
