We offer free shipping on all orders of €200 or more.

For orders under €200, a standard shipping and handling fee of €7,50 applies.

At Chev's Krosi we aim to dispatch all orders to the designated parcel collection point within 2-4 business days after your order has been placed.

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery to your address typically takes an additional 2 business days.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We’re sorry to hear that your package hasn’t been delivered yet, but don’t worry. Always check the tracking link you received via e-mail. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address.

Is the delivery address correct and the estimated delivery time unchanged? Then please check your mail to see if you received a note from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors’ or your delivery window may have been rescheduled.
